국문 초록

본 연구는 노인의 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중 환경적 요인인 체육시설에 대한 이용만족도와 관련된 변수들을 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 사설 및 공공체육시설에서 운영하는 체육프로그램에 참여하는 65세 이상의 회원 304명의 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 전체 건강증진행위에 영향을 미치는 체육시설 이용만족 변인은 고객관리, 접근성, 지도방법이었다. 둘째, 건강증진행위의 하위항목인 자아실현에 영향을 미치는 체육시설 이용만족 변인은 고객관리, 접근성이었다. 셋째, 건강관리에 영향을 미치는 체육시설 이용만족 변인은 고객관리와 접근성이었다. 넷째, 운동 및 영양에 영향을 미치는 체육시설 이용만족 변인은 고객관리, 지도방법, 접근성이었다. 다섯째, 대인관계 지지에 영향을 미치는 체육시설 이용만족 변인은 고객관리, 접근성, 지도방법이었다. 여섯째, 스트레스 관리에 영향을 미치는 변인은 고객관리, 접근성이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 통하여 노인의 건강증진행위에는 노인들이 이용하는 체육시설의 환경적 요인들도 크게 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 이용하는 체육시설이 편의가 제공되는 환경적 바탕위에서 고객관리가 잘 이루어질 때 체육시설을 이용하는 노인들은 긍정적 건강증진행위를 통해 적극적인 삶을 설계하고 실천할 수 있는 의지를 갖게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the related variables to using satisfaction of sports facilities that affecting the health promotion behavior of elderly. For this study, I analyzed questionnaires of 304 elderly who participated in sport program in the public sport facilities and private sport facilities. The results of the analysis were as follows: First, the variables of using satisfaction of sports facility that affecting the health promotion behavior of elderly were customer relations, easy access and teaching method. Second, the variables of using satisfaction that affecting the self-realization of elderly were customer relations and easy access. Third, the variables of using satisfaction that affecting the health management of elderly were customer relations and easy access. Fourth, the variables of using satisfaction that affecting the exercise and nutrition of elderly were customer relations, coaching method and easy access. Fifth, the variables of using satisfaction that affecting the interpersonal support of elderly were customer relations, easy access and coaching method. Sixth, the variables of using satisfaction that affecting the stress management of elderly were customer relations and easy access.
