구암원점 지역의 임야경계 불부합 해결방안

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 구암원점의 3개 동지역에서 임야지역의 동경계가 약 110m의 이격이 발생되고 있어 이러한 불부합을 해결하기 위해 경사거리, 도곽크기, 도근전개 , 측량오류 등의 비교분석을 통해 불부합 해결방안을 제시하였다. 불부합 원인분석 결과 분석결과 수치지형도의 등고선 파일을 중첩한 경우 노곡동은 토지 및 임야부분이 대부분 일치하였으나, 조야동과 서변동은 임야경계 및 토지경계의 이격량 만큼 불일치되어 나타나고 있어 노곡동의 경계등록이 잘못 작성된 것이 아니라 조야동과 서변동에서 경계등록 과정에서 오류가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 불부합을 해결하기 위해 수치지형도와 영상, 임야원도와 전산파일을 이용하여 거리관측 비교, 도근전개 및 도곽크기 비교, 경계선 축도 비교 등의 방법을 적용하여 측량당시 100m로 측정하였으나 도면에 등록할 때에는 200m로 잘못 등록된 경계 불부합지를 해결할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

In this study, consistent with the comparative analysis of Dong boundary Line of the forest area of about 110m apart in the winter is caused slope distance to solve this discrepancy, map size, minor control deployment, survey error, such as the origin of the three research areas of Guam the proposed maintenance plan. As a result of overlapping contours NOGOK-dong digital map files on the analysis results are consistent, but most of the land and forest land part, the discrepancy appears JOYA-dong and SEOBYEON-dong separated by the amount of forest land border demarcation and border properties are not poorly written and the NOGOK-dong JOYA-dong were able to confirm that there is an error in the registration process, in SEOBYEON-dong boundary. Therefore map size, minor control deployment in the bounds of the cause, but did not clearly identify the error due to observation or survey error in the distance, but due to the 100m to 200m registered benediction error or boundary survey party surveying error when registering on the drawing forest land map you can verify that it is poorly written.
