국문 초록

현재 임야도 지역의 지적측량은 인접한 지적도를 기준으로 임야도를 확대ㆍ이동하여 접합하는 방식으로 임야도 지역의 경계점을 결정하기 때문에 축도 및 접합의 결과에 따라 임야도 지역의 경계는 가변성을 지니고 있어 동일한 측량성과의 제시에 한계가 있어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 현실경계가 반영이 된 새로운 임야도 지역의 경계를 설정하기 위해서 지적도와 임야도를 세계측지계로 변환하고 항공라이다측량성과를 활용하여 추출한 능선, 계곡의 현실경계를 임야도와 중첩하여 임야의 경계를 재설정 실험을 실시하였다. 실험은 임야도를 세계측지계 변환성과 그대로 중첩하는 방법, 현실경계를 기준으로 임야도를 이동시키는 방법, 임야조사사업 당시 삼각점을 기준으로 임야도를 러버시팅 변환하여 다시 세계측지계로 좌표변환 후 현실경계와 중첩하는 세 가지 방식으로 진행하였고, 그 결과를 비교 분석한 결과 임야도를 세계측지계로 좌표변환한 성과 그대로 현실경계에 맞추어 임야의 경계를 설정하는 것이 효율적 이라는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 실험결과에 근거한 임야도 지역의 필지경계점 좌표등록 기준과 절차를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Currently, cadastral survey in forest area has been set boundary control points by expanding and moving forest map on the basis of neighboring cadastral area. So the boundary of forest area has variableness according to map-bonding and map reduction. As a result of that, it is not easy to showing equal survey results. In this study, has experiments for rearrangement of forest boundary are designed by overlapping ridges and valleys extracted from airborne LiDAR survey with actual boundary after transforming into world geodetic system so as to establish new boundary in forest area, which is reflected actual boundary. The experiments are carried out by 3 ways. One is to overlap forest area in forest map with the results itself from world geodetic system transformation. Another is to move forest area into actual boundary area. The other is to overlap actual boundary with world geodetic system transformation results after rubber-sheeting transformation of forest map based on triangular control points used on the forest investigation project. As a result, the way overlapping forest area and boundary in forest map with the results itself from world geodetic system transformation is proved most effective. The study suggests registration standards and procedures for parcel boundary points in forest area on the basis of actual boundary extracted from airborne LiDAR data as ways of improving accuracy in forest area and cadastral resurvey plan. The study suggests registration standards and procedures for parcel boundary points in forest area on the basis of this experiment results.
