文人畵 審美의 前提와 그 機制

국문 초록

文人畵는 文人과 畵의 합성어이다. 그러므로 文人과 畵는 문인화를 정의하는 기준이다. 문인은 흔히 학문과 인품을 겸비한다. 문인화는 문인의 여기와 묵희의 관점에서 창조되는 예술장르이다. 즉, 文人畵는 畵의 속성에 文人이라는 畵의 주체가 전제되어 있다. 그러므로 文人畵는 문인이 그린 그림으로 정의할 수 있다. 그러므로 文人畵는 문인이 그린 그림으로 정의할 수 있다. 文人畵가 하나의 회화양식으로 성립되고 있는 이유는 정신의 味가 美로 존재하기 때문이다. 文人畵는 人品과 學問이 어우러진 회화이다. 그러므로 人品과 學問은 문인화 심미의 前提이다. 문인은 자신의 성정을 墨戱에 의한 寓意로 드러낸다. 문인화의 존재이유는 문인정신에 있다. 문인정신은 常理의 추구와 精神境界의 憧憬으로 인하여 구현된다. 문인화는 常理와 같은 形而上의 가치를 추구한다. 문인화의 심미체현은 重神似의 방법을 원칙으로 한다. 이는 우의에 의한 심상의 표출과 不似之似의 개념을 포함한다. 심미체현의 과정은 다른 예술장르와 같이 '감지단계➝감수단계➝감동단계'이다. 문인화의 심미체험은 其人의 其意 파악에서 비롯된다. 따라서 문인화의 심미체험은 기인의 기의에 대하여 감상하는 행위이며 심미를 창조하는 행위이다. 심미체험은 심미경계의 外延을 넓혀 吟味함에 있다. 이는 심미체험의 가장 기본적인 原理이다. 문인화의 심미체험은 이를 감상하는 심미주체자의 몫이다. 그러므로 심미주체자가 심미경계의 외연을 확대하여야 한다. 그래야만 더 많은 감동을 받을 수 있다.

영문 초록

The word, 'Literati painting' is the compound of a 'literati' and a 'painting'. Therefore, a literati and a painting are the criteria to define literati painting. A literati commonly has learning and good character. A literati painting is a genre of art created from a kind of hobby and carbon stick play of the literati. It is premised that a doer of literati painting is the literati. Therefore, literati painting can be defined as literati's painting. The reason that literati painting is approved as one pattern of painting is that the taste of mind exists as beauty. Literati painting is the painting combined learning and good character. Therefore, learning and good character are the premise of aesthetic apprecition for the literati paintings Literati discloses his character as allegory by drawing with carbon stick play. The reason for the existence of literati painting is on the mind of literati. The mind of literati is embodied by the pursuit of the nature of things and the yearning of mind's boundary. Literati painting pursues the metaphysical value like the nature of things. Experience of aesthetic appreciation for a literati painting places emphasis on mentally drawn method. It includes the expression of mental picture by allegory and the concept of the stage of looking like but not looking like. The progress for the embodiment of aesthetic appreciation is 'perception stage➝acception stage➝emotion stage like the other genre. The embodiment of aesthetic appreciation for the literati painting results from the grasp of the meaning of the artist. Therefore, the embodiment of aesthetic appreciation for a literati painting is an appreciative action and creating action for the esthetic appreciation over the meaning for the artist. Embodiment of esthetic appreciation is on the appreciation by widening the boundary of esthetic appreciation. It is the basic principal rule for the embodiment of esthetic appreciation. The embodiment of aesthetic appreciation for the literati painting is the allotment of the person who appreciates the literati painting. Therefore, the person who appreciates the literati painting has to widen the boundary of esthetic appreciation. Only so he can appreciate better.
