중고자동차 부품물류 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 산업의 발전에 따라 고객들의 선호도 변화에 의한 제품수명 단축으로 자동차 폐차량이 급증하고 있다. 폐차량의 증가에 따른 가용 자원의 한계성과 폐기 및 소각으로 인한 환경오염원 유발이 급증되고 있다. 자동차 폐차에 있어서 친환경 물류관리체계를 구축함으로써 중고부품 활용의 확대를 통한 자원의 수명 연장과 환경오염원 발생의 감소, 소비자들의 경제부담 감소를 위한 방안을 탐색하는 것이 그 목적이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 실제 국내 폐차장의 실태 조사를 하였고, 또한 선진국의 시행제도를 문헌을 통해 분석한 결과를 토대로 국내 실정에 맞는 자동차 중고부품 활성화를 위한 모델을 제시하였다. 모델을 제시함으로써 국내 자동차 부품이 년간 신규 약 6,000억원, 중고부품의 음성적 거래 2,000억원으로 추산되고 있는 것을 체계적 물류관리를 구축함으로서 품질보증과 양성적 거래가 가능하게 되어, 중고부품 시장은 더욱더 확대될 것이다. 그 외에도 자동차 보험료 인하와 부품구입은 약50% 이상 저렴한 구입으로 소비자들의 경제적 부담 감소뿐만 아니라 자원 수명의 연장, 환경오염원 발생의 감소 등 많은 효과가 있을 것으로 기된다. 국내 자동차 부품시장의 특성을 고려한 중고부품물류 활성화 모델을 통한 정부 및 관련 업계에 서의 강력한 실천이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The volumes of scrapped cars rapidly increase due to the life shortening of products by consumer's preference change with industrialization, and it causes limitation of available resources and induces containment caused by scrap and incineration. This study is to search measures to extend life span of resources, to reduce containment and consumer's economic burden by developing environment-friendly logistics management system in automotive scrapping through the spread of make use of used parts. For this study, I conducted research on the actual condition of domestic car graveyard, and suggested the model to revitalize parts of used car for the domestic market based on a result from developed country's documentary analysis about operational institution. It is estimated that parts of used car are dealing with newly 600 billion won, negatively 200 billion won. By suggesting model, the market for parts of used car will be more extended by developing systematic logistics management, and it guarantees the quality and makes possible positive transaction. In addition, not only consumers have less economic burden by purchasing parts with more than 50% discount and paying less insurance bill, but also there is a lot of effects including extending life span of resources and reducing environment pollution. The strong practice of government and related business is required with model to revitalize parts logistics of used car, which is considered characteristic of domestic market for parts of used car.
