원격대학 수업컨설팅 모형 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 원격대학의 상황과 필요에 적합한 수업컨설팅 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌분석, 원격강좌 개발ㆍ운영 과정 분석, 전문가 설문조사, 컨설팅 대상자 면담을 실시하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 모형 초안을 개발하였으며, 타당화를 위해 두 차례의 전문가 검토를 실시하였다. 모형의 이론적 틀로서는 활동체제모형이, 수업컨설팅 방법으로서는 액션러닝이 적용되었다. 개발된 모형은 수업컨설팅의 과정을 컨설팅 안내, 컨설팅 의뢰, 예비진단, 자료수집계획 및 사전자료수집, 컨설팅 과제 명료화, 컨설팅 과제 원인분석, 과제해결방안 도출 및 구체화, 컨설팅 결과 이행, 컨설팅 평가 및 피드백의 9단계로 구성하여 제시하였다. 모형의 특징으로는 원격강좌 개발 및 운영에 대한 체제적 관점, 다양한 컨설팅 의뢰인 포함, 개별 및 팀 접근방식 활용, 2명의 컨설턴트팀 배정, 컨설팅 참여자들의 역량개발 도모, 컨설팅 과제영역의 다양성과 포괄성, 적극적인 학습자 의견 반영을 들 수 있다. 개발된 모형의 현장 적용을 통한 모형효과성 검토가 후속 연구로 제안되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an instructional consultation model for distance universities. This model was developed from the results of a literature review, analyses of distance course development and implementation, a survey of instructional consultation experts, and interviews with the staff in a distance university. To secure validity of the model, it was reviewed twice by ten instructional consultation experts. Moreover, an activity system model was used as a theoretical framework for the model, and action learning was introduced as a way to facilitate consultation. The model is composed of nine steps: (1) introduction, (2) request, (3) pre-diagnosis, (4) planning and implementation of data collection, (5) clarification of consulting tasks, (6) causal analysis of consulting tasks, (7) development of solutions, (8) implementation of solutions, and (9) evaluation and feedback. This model can be characterized by a systematic perspective, diverse clients, team as well as individual consulting approaches, assigning two consultants, professional development of clients, diversity and inclusiveness of consulting tasks, and active reflection of learners' opinions. Future research should be conducted to investigate the effects of this model through on-site implementation.
