In recent times there have been many different theories put forward about reading discussions and there has been a wide realization of the importance of reading discussions for student's education. However these theories have often proven to be very unrealistic, which makes the task of applying these theories practically in a class situation very difficult. Therefore it is a matter of great concern that a solution be found to this problem so that students are given the best possible opportunities to improve their creative reading abilities and bring class and reading discussion activities together in better unison. A good solution to this problem is too carefully focus on parts of the text book in which creative reading discussion can be easily produced. Through creative reading discussion, students can develop a better understanding of themselves which will then aid them in their journey of self development throughout their lives, which is a core purpose of the education system. Also, through creative reading discussion students not only develop their reading and conversation ability but they experience creative self growth as well. Creative reading discussion will also enable students to gain a more in-depth understanding of literature. Lastly, creative reading discussion will help facilitate students in becoming more socially mature. It is encouraging to see students improve in all these aspects mentioned above in a classroom environment through creative reading discussion based on literature found in text books. Creative reading discussion that is done in the familiar classroom environment enables students to be more comfortable in taking part in discussions. Through creative reading discussion, students have the opportunity to share their opinions with the class about the different issues that come out of the topic and thus they can debate with each other and come up with their own conclusions to the matter which will in the end help the students to grow in confidence. In order for creative reading discussion that is based on text book literature to work effectively much effort and creative ideas are required and additional supplementary material needs to be regularly added and furthermore, this type of discussion needs to be applied in other subjects.
