영문 초록

This study examines the casual relationship between educare teachers' sense of humor and Care facilities' creative climate. The subjects of this study were 645 educare teachers from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheng-do, and Jeonra-do. Spss version 18.0 were used to analyze the date. The result of analysis showed that there is a definite correlation between educare teachers' sense of humor and Care facilities' creative climate, therefore, for improving the Care facilities' creative climate, we should develop a program, which promotes educare teachers' sense of humor.
