영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In the run Korea Electric Power's policies raise incentives for people not; Stereotypical Let's ongoing construction projects this position repulsion due to strong opposition from residents halted the construction of what became the reason for investigation, analysis policy is to provide an alternative objective of this research was important. Especially this study used to the crosstabulation analysis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As you can see local residents oppose the construction of the transmission tower and transmission line because, due to construction of electrical towers falling land, destruction of landscapes, such as electromagnetic damage appears, the needs of these residents are not some of the locals to build transmission lines in every region of the country 're going to understand a phenomenon. 2. RESULTS Construction of transmission lines compared with the breakthrough in the area are more significant negative impact of local residents and interested parties to avoid the construction of transmission lines, so one-sided business readiness of Korea Electric Power Project should be avoided, Opinions residents by improving the way land compensation, especially for assessing the damage as possible to reflect residents' opinions should be. Second, that occurred in the construction process, residents living area, and appropriate compensation for pecuniary damages should be. Third, land and public works projects included in the term, but such projects are only due to electromagnetic interference and physical. The researchers of view, the construction of transmission lines in the business side and the conflict has just begun residents. The existing compensation scheme can not resolve these conflicts.
