국문 초록

SCM 도입 전 기업들은 생산, 물류, 판매 등 기업 내 효율성에만 관심을 가졌다. 하지만, SCM이 도입되면서, 기업들은 전체 공급사슬의 최적화 및 합리적 운영에 관심을 가지기 시작하였다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 공급사슬 통합과 고객가치가 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 기업성과 중에서 고객성과의 경우 내부 통합과 고객 통합이 고객가치와의 상호작용을 통해 성과에 유의한 영항을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공급자 통합은 직접 고객성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 반면에 재무성과의 경우에는 고객 통합만이 고객가치와의 상호작용을 통해 성과에 유의한 영항을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 공급자 통합은 직접 재무성과에 영향을 미치지만 내부 통합은 재무성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다.

영문 초록

Before the advent of SCM system companies were predominantly focused on the efficiency of internal operations of production, logistics and sales. As SCM spreads, companies have become more interested in optimization and rationalization of the total supply chain. The objective of this study is to devise and empirically validate a model in which SC integration and customer value influence the performance of organization. The study confirmed the presence of positive influence of internal integration and customer integration on customer’s performance. And, supplier integration, as expected, had a significant impact on customer’s performance. The study confirmed the presence of positive influence of customer integration on financial performance. And, supplier integration, as expected, had a significant impact on financial performance. But, internal integration had not affect financial performance.
