국문 초록

본 연구에서는 우리나라 파렛트 관련 실태 조사 결과에 대한 시계열적 분석 결과를 보고한다. 파렛트는 단위화물체계의 효율성 확보를 위한 기본 토대를 제공한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 실태 조사 결과는 향후 일관수송체계 및 단위화물체계를 포함한 파렛트정책 결정의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 과거 총 6회에 걸쳐 시행된 파렛트 관련 실태 조사 결과를 시계열적으로 분석하였다. 주요 분석 항목은 파렛트 생산 규모, 규격 및 재질에 따른 파렛트 생산/사용 비중이다. 최근 조사 결과에 의하면 2011년도 기준으로 우리나라 파렛트 생산 규모를 29,263천매 수준으로 추산한다. T-11 형 파렛트 비중은 30%를 상회하며 T-12 형 파렛트 비중은 15% 수준으로 추정한다. 플라스틱 파렛트의 비중은 50%를 상회하는 수준으로, 목재 파렛트의 비중은 50%를 하회하는 수준으로 추정한다.

영문 초록

This article reports time sequential analysis results of pallet status surveys in Korea. The pallet is basis for the efficiency of unit load system. The result of this study can be applied to pallet policy planning concerning to combined transport system and unit load system. This study provides time sequential analysis of old surveys about pallet production and usage status in Korea. The major analysis items are pallet production volume and pallet production/usage rate according to size and material. The target surveys of time sequential analysis are all the relevant old surverys about pallet production and usage since 1997. The volume of pallet production of 2011 in Korea has been estimated 29 million pallets according to the recent survey. The T-11 type pallet rate is not less than 30%, and T-12 type pallet rate is roughly 15%. The plastic pallet rate is not less than roughly 50%, and wooden pallet rate is not more than roughly 50%.
