우체국택배 경쟁력 강화요인의 중요도 분석에 관한 연구

국문 초록

과거 우체국택배와 민간택배에 대한 비교연구 및 우체국택배의 경쟁력 강화방안에 대한 연구는 지속되어 왔다. 본 연구는 우체국 구성원의 종합적인 자체 진단을 통해 경쟁력 강화요인을 파악하고 구체적인 실행방안 수립에 기여하고자 하였다. 선행연구 등을 통한 조작적 정의로 주요인 3항목과 세부요인 9항목으로 구분하였고, 각 요인의 중요도 우선순위 도출을 위해 우체국 택배에 대한 종합적인 의사 수렴이 가능한 우정사업본부, 지방우정청, 총괄우체국 세 그룹을 모두 포함하여 AHP를 활용하였다. 이 결과를 통해 우체국택배의 경쟁력 강화방안을 위한 전략적인 액션 플랜 수립이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Comparative studies and researches on Korea Parcel Service and home delivery by private companies have been continued as well as studies on the reinforcement plans of competitiveness in Korea Parcel Service. This study aims to identify reinforcement factors of competitiveness, resulting in dedication to the establishment of detailed action plans through a comprehensive independent diagnosis of post office employees. Based on previous studies, we classified reinforcement factors into three categories of key factors and nine items of detailed factors. Further, in order to prioritize the importance of each factor, we utilized the AHP by including the main three groups; the Korea Post, local post service agencies, and managing post offices, through which comprehensive opinions regarding Korea Parcel Service can be collected. Upon these results, it is expected to establish strategic action plans for the reinforcement plans of competitiveness in Korea Parcel Service.
