사회문화예술교육 수업사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 단일사례연구에서 포착하기 힘든 수업의 공통점, 특징에 중점을 두고 국가 사회문화예술교육 사례를 분석하기 위해 16개 수업을 대상으로 관찰, 심층면담, 비개입데이터분석 등의 방법을 이용하여 복수사례연구를 수행했다. 구체적으로는 사회문화예술교육의 교육환경 및 분위기는 어떠한지, 사회문화예술교육의 강사와 학습자간 상호작용을 포함하여 교수-학습과정은 어떻게 전개되는지, 사회문화예술교육의 특징은 무엇인지 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 사회문화예술교육의 교육환경 및 분위기에 있어서는, ‘향유기관과 문화예술교육 수행 단체 간의 협력 구조의 중요성’, ‘1년 단위의 운영 시스템: 소외계층의 또 다른 상처에 대한 고려 필요’ 등의 주제를 도출하였다. 둘째, 사회문화예술교육의 교수-학습과정에 있어서는, ‘학교수업의 과정(도입-전개-정리)과 유사하지만 기능숙달이 아닌 라포형성과 의미창출에 큰 비중’, ‘다양한 교과의 통합과 문화예술교육의 정체성을 구현하는 도구로써 인식되는 스토리텔링’, ‘강사-학습자 상호작용(반응, 견해): 쌍방향적 상호작용, 즐거움’ 등의 주제들을 도출하였다. 마지막으로, 사회문화예술교육의 특징으로는 ‘표현과 소통, 그 다음이 창의성’, ‘수업이 곧 치유의 과정’, ‘자율과 방임 사이에서’ 등의 주제들을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회문화예술교육 학계와 현장에 대해 시사점과 해결해야 할 실질적인 과제를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study has been done to analyze how the class of social arts and cultural education by nation is performed by the means of observation, in-depth interview, and non-intervention data. Extracted subjects are as follows. First, how are the environment and atmosphere of class?: ‘the cooperational importance of favored institution and arts and cultural education corporation’, ‘educational operation system is divided by year: need about considering another pain of the unprivileged’. Second, how is the process of school class including teacher-student interaction?: ‘similiar to school class, but not the master of skill but the form of rapport and the creation of meaning’, ‘the combination of various curriculum and storytelling recognized as a tool that realizes the identity of social arts and cultural education’, ‘teacher-student interaction: two-way interaction and pleasure’. Last, what is the feature of class?: ‘expression and communication rather than creativity’, ‘social arts and cultural education class is healing’, ‘between autonomy and neglect’. This study suggested implication applied in the academia of arts and cultural education and in the field of it.
