하이데거의 세계이해와 거주함의 의미

국문 초록

세계란 무엇인가? 그리고 인간의 거주함이란 무엇인가? 이 논문의 목적은 하이데거의『존재와 시간(Sein und Zeit)』과「사물(Das Ding)」에서 분석된 현존재의 근본구성틀과 인간의 거주함의 의미에 대해 탐구해보고자 한 것이다. 하이데거에 의하면, 현존재는 세계-내-존재이다. 그리고 여기에서의 세계는 이론적 고찰의 대상이 아니라 주위세계이다. 주위세계는 도구와 사물들로 열어 밝혀진다. 더 나아가 후기의 하이데거는 사방세계를 지적한다. 사방이란 땅과 하늘 그리고 신적인 것과 죽을자들이다. 그렇다면 죽을자들로서의 인간이 세계 안에 거주함이란 무엇을 뜻하는가? 그것은 바로 자신의 현 사실적 삶의 세계에서 땅과 하늘 그리고 신적인 것을 생각하면서 산다는 것이다. 인간의 거주함이란 자신의 생명뿐만 아니라 다른 존재자들을 키우고 보살핀다는 것을 뜻한다. 자신의 인간성과 환경 그리고 신적인 것에 대해 책임적 존재가 되어감을 말한다. 깊고 풍부한 우리의 생활세계를 이성의 잣대로만 재려고 한 모든 노력은 허무주의라는 구렁텅이로 빠지고 말았다. 신(신적인 것)과 인간 그리고 자연이 하나로 어우러짐을 통한 사방세계는 새로운 신성 읽기, 인간 읽기 그리고 자연 읽기를 요구한다. 이제 우리는 인간을 ‘이성적 동물’이라는 굴레에서 해방시키고 신을 인간의 이성적 ‘증명욕망’으로부터 해방시키며 자연을 ‘이용의 대상’이라는 관점에서부터 해방시켜야 한다. 그래서 신과 인간 그리고 자연이 그 본래적인 관계맺음을 회복하여 모두가 잘 사는 거주문화를 만들어가야 할 것이다. 이것이 21세기 우리가 ‘지구인’으로 살아가는 의무이자 책임인 것이다.

영문 초록

What is world? and What is human's dwelling? The aim of this paper is to investigate this two questions through reflect the basic state of Dasein and the meaning of human's dwelling which was analyzed Heidegger's Sein und Zeit & "Das Ding". According to Heidegger, Dasein is Being-in-the-world. And then the world in here, not theoretical object but around world. Around world was constituted tools and things. Furmore later Heidegger pointed out world as the world of four-directions.(Geviert) The world of four-directions is composed of earth, sky, godhead and mortals. And so what's mean human's dwelling as mortal in-the-world. Human as mortal thinks earth, sky and godhead in one's factical life. Human's dwelling means that take care not only own life but other beings. Human-being must responsible to one's humanity, environment and godhead. People fell into nihilism as a result of trying so hard to live a life too profound and rich to be measured solely by human reason. The world of the four-directions(Geviert), one harmony among godhead, humanity and nature demands us to understand godhead, humanity and nature anew. Now, We should liberate ourselves from the obsession that humans are solely Homo rationalle, that godhead should be somehow proved, and that nature is for the purpose to be exploited. We should restore the original relationship between godhead, humanity and nature. We should restore our relationships all throughout, and create the culture of dwelling. It is the human duty and responsibility of living in the 21st century.
