국문 초록

본 연구는 수정-교수 전략 모델(A-SIM)을 적용한 태블릿 PC기반 AAC중재가 뇌성마비 성인의 대화기술에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 연구참여자는 구어만으로 의사소통이 불가능하거나 조음상의 문제로 의사전달이 부정확하며, 고용 전 환경에 있는 뇌성마비 성인 3명을 선정하였고, 대상자 간 중다간헐기초선설계를 사용하였다. 수정-교수 전략 모델을 본 연구에 적합하게 재구성하여 1~5단계에 걸쳐 중재를 실시하였고, 대화기술(‘대화시작과 화제설정’, ‘대답하기’, ‘반응-재부호화’, ‘비의무적 말차례 및 언급’, ‘수정’, ‘반복’, ‘끝맺음’)의 총 발생빈도와 대화기술별 빈도를 측정하였다. 연구결과, 세 명의 참여자 모두 대화기술의 총 발생빈도와 대화기술별 빈도는 증가하였고, 중재 기간의 증가된 변화는 일반화와 유지 시기 동안에도 계속되었다. 참여자 모두 기초선보다 높은 빈도를 나타냈으며, 대화기술 사용을 위해 제공된 기회의 수는 점차 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구는 고용 전 환경에 있는 뇌성마비 성인의 의사소통 지원을 위해 일반 성인이 보편적으로 사용하는 태블릿 PC기반의 의사소통도구를 활용하여 접근이 용이하도록 하고, AAC중재를 실시하여 대화기술의 변화를 보여줬다는데 본 연구의 의의를 둔다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Tablet PC-based AAC Intervention using Adapted Strategic Instruction Model (A-SIM) on the conversation skills of adults with cerebral palsy. The subjects were three adult cerebral palsy with average 44, 43 and 23. The high-tech communication program was used for intervention. The multiple probe baseline design across the subject was used to analyze. Independent variable of this study is tablet PC-based AAC intervention using Adapted Strategic Instruction Model (A-SIM). Dependent variables of this study are the frequency of conversational skills of adults with cerebral palsy in the pre-workplace. Conversational skills are divided into four categories and seven sub-categories. The results of this research were as follows; First, Tablet PC-based AAC intervention using Adapted Strategic Instruction Model(A-SIM) enhanced the total frequency number of the conversational skill and each subcategory of the conversational skills of adult with cerebral palsy. Second, the enhanced conversational skills was generated and maintained in similar pattern and higher quality after the intervention was finished. It is significant that tablet PC-based AAC intervention using Adapted Strategic Instruction Model (A-SIM) has changed conversational skills for adult with cerebral palsy.
