국문 초록

본 연구는 중도 지적장애학생을 위한 교육과정의 실행 요인을 탐색하여 분석하고, 실행의 지원방안을 모색하고자 하는데 목적을 두고, 문헌과 선행연구를 고찰하여 연구문제를 해결하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 중도 지적장애학생을 위한 교육과정이 실행되기 위해서는 교사의 교육과정에 대한 지식과 이해와 해석하는 능력이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 중도 지적장애학생을 위한 교육과정의 실행을 위해 실현 가능성을 염두에 두고 교육과정 내용을 선정해야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과는 교사들이 중도 지적 장애학생을 위한 교육과정의 의도를 충분히 파악하고 그에 적합한 지도 방법을 결정해야 하며, 중도 지적 장애학생의 교육과정을 실행하는 교사들이 교육과정을 읽어내는 능력을 갖출 수 있도록 있도록 지원하는 것을 요구한다고 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 교육과정의 심층적 의미를 이해하도록 하는 지원과 함께 중도 지적장애학생을 위한 교육과정의 실현 가능성을 염두에 두고 교육과정 내용을 선정하여 교육과정 실행이 가능하도록 교육과정을 개발하여야 하며, 중도 지적장애학생을 위한 교육과정의 내용을 보다 구체적으로 제시할 것을 요구한다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze implementation factors of curriculum and seek supporting methods of curriculum practice. We reviewed literatures and advanced research to solve these research problems. As a result of this study, first, teacher's knowledge, comprehension and competence of interpretation of curriculum is needed to implement that curriculum for severe intellectual disabilities. Second, curriculum contents are should be selected for possibility of implementation to carry out the curriculum for severe intellectual disabilities. Thus teachers need to understand the intention of the curriculum for severe intellectual disabilities and determine appropriate methods of instruction. Therefore, teachers who implement the curriculum for severe intellectual disabilities should be supported for improving their professionalism to have the bandwidth to interpret the curriculum. With these supports, for implementation of curriculum for severe intellectual disabilities, curriculum contents are needed to be chosen to have potency to carry that out and suggested more specifically.
