자기결정 학습모형(SDLMI)이 정신지체 학생의 과제 일반화에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 교내 현장실습 환경에서 자기결정 학습모형 중재로 전공과 정신지체 학생들의 스토퍼 및 주사기조립 작업에 대한 과제 일반화를 알아보고자 하였다. 자료처리는 McGlashing-Johnson, Agran, Sitlington, Cavin, & Wehmeyer(2003)가 작업수행 강화를 위해 사용한 ‘과제분석’을 연구자가 연구 목적에 부합되게 수정·보완한「스토퍼 및 주사기조립 작업수행평가표」에 의거하여 과제 일반화와 기대목표를 측정하였다. 설계는 대상자간 중다 기초선 설계방법을 이용하여 과제 일반화를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 자기 결정 학습모형 중재가 교내·외 현장실습환경에서 연구대상학생 모두에게 과제 일반화와 기대목표를 성취하는데 효과적이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-determination learning model of instruction(SDLMI) on the Generalization of a subject for students with mental retardation in vocational training. The effects of model on the Generalization of a subject of Stopper assembly operation and an Injector assembly operation at special school for students with mental retardation. Multiple baseline design across subjects were utilized as a research design. The results were as follows: First, after the intervention of SDLMI, student's generalization of a subject were improved. All three students showed increase in their generalization of a subject and the results were generalization of a subject on the generalization of a subject of Stopper assembly operation. the Generalization of a subject were across all students. Second, after the intervention of SDLMI, student's generalization of a subject were improved. All three students showed increase in their generalization of a subject and the results were generalization of a subject on the generalization of a subject of an Injector assembly operation. the Generalization of a subject were across all students. In conclusion, this study showed that self-determination learning model of instruction were effective tool improving students' Generalization of a subject. Follow up studies should examine the generalization of a subject effects of various programs of self-determination learning model of instruction in different type of subjects and setting.
