지식의 중층구조표상 교수전략이 교육실습생의 교수효능감과 학생의 교과흥미에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

지식교육을 하는 교사는 교과지식의 구조적 특성을 이해하고 그 구조에 적합한 교수활동을 전개해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 교과지식이 명시적인 표층 지식과 그 표층 지식을 생성시킨 보편적인 아이디어인 기저층 지식의 중층구조를 가지는 것으로 보았다. 그리고 이 두층을 표상하는 방법을 그래픽조직자와 칸트의 선험적 지식의 관계개념을 차용하여 제안하였다. 그리고 이 표상방법을 사범대학 교육실습생의 마이크로티칭과 학교현장실습에서 교수전략으로 사용하게 하여 교육실습생의 교수효능감과 학생의 교과흥미에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실험결과 지식의 중층구조표상 교수전략은 교육실습생의 교수효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며(F=5.15, p＜.05), 학생의 교과흥미에도 유의한 영향을 미쳤다(F=5.16, p＜.05). 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 지식의 구조적 특성을 이해하고 표상하는 교수전략은 교사의 교수효능감과 학생의 교과흥미에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Teachers should understand structural characteristics and develop teaching activities appropriate for the structure, which they intend to deliver to students. This study has shown that textbook knowledge consists of a two layered structure: explicit surface layers and fundamental layers of universal ideas, generating the surface layers. In addition, this study has proposed a representation method to show the two layers, while using the graphic organizers and the relationship concepts of Kant’s prior knowledge. Furthermore, this study has analyzed the effect, how pre-service teachers’ teaching-efficacy in college of education and students’ subject-specific interests are related, when using this representation method as a teaching strategy of pre-service teachers’ microteaching and teaching practicum. As a result, the two layer structure teaching strategy has significantly affected teaching-efficacy of student teachers(F=5.15, p＜.05), and students’ subject-specific interests(F=5.16, p＜.05). Finally, it was revealed that the teaching strategy based on understanding structural characteristics, has brought positive effects on teachers’ teaching-efficacy and students’ subject-specific interests.
