영문 초록

Generally speaking, foreign markets can offer cost-effective supply chain and logistics solutions for companies who want to save money by manufacturing, importing, exporting, and distributing in other location such as China. Still in its relative infancy, the China warehousing market offers intense opportunities and challenges to companies as the huge demand for property balances against regulatory hurdles and the lack of market transparency. To help uncover the potential of China's warehousing market, we undertook the primary ever research on geographical opportunities and dynamics of operating warehouse as well as policy environment in this complex market. By understanding the key findings here, companies who are pursing a warehouse solution in China will be able to consider all options and resources available presented in this paper to ensure they find, implement, and execute the right warehouse solution.
