국문 초록

세계경제 환경의 변화에 의하여 국내 물류기업들은 경쟁이 심화되고 있다. 이러한 물류환경에서 국내 물류기업이 경영목표를 달성하기 위해서는 정보시스템과 이에 적합한 조직의 확보는 매우 중요한 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 부산 경남 울산 지역의 물류기업을 대상으로 하여 “물류기업의 재무정보와 기업성과에 관한 연구 에 대한 연구로 문헌조사와 설문조사에 의한 통계적 방법을 병행하였다. 연구는 재무정보 활용요인이 재무적 성과 정보성과 고객만족 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 재무조직요인이 재무적 성과, 정보성과, 고객만족 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 연구를 하였다. 연구결과 재무정보 활용과 재무조직 요인은 재무적 성과, 정보성과, 고객만족 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 물류기업들이 재무정보의 활용과 재무조직은 물류기업이 설정한 경영목표를 달성하는데 중요한 전략적 요인이라고 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The Korean internal distribution company is more competitive because of the alteration of global economic environment. Under thus distributional surroundings, it was thought that is very important to get information system and the organization matched this in order to make achievement the managerial object for Korean company. In this study, it was marked the distribution company scattered Busan, Gyeongnam and Ulsan region. And then, with the study about “The study about the financial information and the enterprising result of the distribution company”, it was run parallel statistical method by the both of documents and questionnaire observation. This study was executed so as to know about next two results. The first is how the utilizing main cause of financial information has the effect to the financial result, the informational result and the customer satisfaction result. The second is how the main cause of financial organization has the effect to the financial result, the information result and the customer satisfaction result. Consequently, it was represented both of the utilizing main cause of financial information and the main cause of financial organization have a plus effect to the financial result, the information result and the customer satisfaction result. Accordingly, the utilizing of financial information and financial organization of the distribution company seem to the consequent strategic primary factor in order to achieve managerial object planned. So it was hoped this will be able to be aid for the distribution company.
