국문 초록

본 연구는 항만간 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 가운데 우리나라 항만의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 복합물류클러스터 구축전략을 주체별ㆍ항만별로 제시하고자 하였다. 복합물류클러스터의 주체별로 보면 중앙정부는 그랜드 디자이너로서, 지방정부는 클러스터 추진자로서, 대학 및 연구기관은 연구 개발자로서, 민간기업은 서비스 제공업자로서의 역할과 기능을 담당해야 한다. 또한 부산항은 화물처리 및 부가물류서비스를 핵심사업으로 클러스터를 육성하여야 하며, 효율적인 복합 물류클러스터를 구축하기 위해서는 생산과 기업중심의 클러스터 구축, 지역 주도의 클러스터 전략 수립 및 육성, 지역내 산학연관의 협조체계 구축, 클러스터의 개방성 등이 필요하다. 그리고 광양항은 하역 및 터미널 운영을 핵심 클러스터로 운영하여야 하며, 이를 위해 투자유치 활성화를 통한 항만클러스터 구축, 광양만권 산업단지와 연계된 클러스터 구축, 전문인력 양성기관의 설립 및 연구지원 등의 전략이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to suggest the establishment strategies of integrated logistics cluster for port competitiveness enforcement in the condition of the increased competitive within the seaports. To establish the strategies of integrated logistics cluster, central government is to the grand designer, local government is the drivers, the universities and related R&D institutes are to researchers, and the private companies are to service providers. Busan port has to provide cargo handling and added logistics services for the effective establishment of integrated logistics cluster mainly and needs to build the strategies like integrated logistics cluster based on the manufactures and firms, strategy plan and promotion leading by region, and corporation system within industry, university, institute, public office, and the opened international system, etc. And Kwangyang port has to drive core cluster of discharge and terminal operation, and it is necessary to establish integrated logistics cluster strategies like activation of invest, the network with the related industrial complex in Kwangyang region, and the foundation of training center and the support R&D etc.
