공급자재고관리와 협업예측이 공급체인의 재무성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

공급체인 협업분야는 그동안 수많은 연구가 진행되어 왔지만 구매자와 공급자 각각의 영향에 대한 연구는 충분하지 않다. 더욱이 구매자와 공급자간 이익을 어떻게 공유하고 거래가격을 어떻게 결정해야 하는지에 대한 연구는 거의 없다. 본 연구의 시스템다이내믹스 시뮬레이션 결과에 의하면 공급체인 파트너간 협업이 심화될수록 전체 공급체인은 더 많은 이익을 산출한다. 그러나 수요예측의 공유 없는 공급자재고관리 시스템하에서 공급자가 전체 공급체인 재고를 관리하는 부담을 떠안고 구매자의 적정한 구매가격 인상으로 보상받지 못하거나 수요의 불확실성이 구매자에서 공급자로 전가되는 경우 공급자의 이익은 감소할 수 있다. 따라서 구매자는 양자간 이익을 공유할 수 있는 균형점까지 구매가격을 인상하거나 공급자의 비용절감으로 이익을 보전할 수 있도록 협업체계를 구축해야 한다. 예컨대， 수요예측을 공유하여 그 오차를 최소화할 수 있는 협업예측체계가 필요하다. 구매자와 공급자간 장기간 안정적인 협업관계를 유지하기 위해서 구매자는 공급자가 가지는 부담을 충분한 구매가격 인상으로 보상하든지， 그렇지 않으면 수요예측 정보를 공급자에게 완전히 제공해야 한다.

영문 초록

Although numerous studies have been made around the theme of the supply chain collaboration, little attention has been given to the impact on both parties involved, the buyer and the supplier. Consequently, there are virtually no researches, which attempted to analyze systematically how to share profits and to determine the trading price between the buyer and the supplier. The simulation results reveal that the more collaborative the supply chain partners are, the more profits the supply chain produces. The supplier’s profits can be decreasing, however, in a collaborative circumstance like the supplier managed inventory system, if the supplier’s extra burden of managing the buyer’s inventory is not compensated by the buyer’s purchase price or the risks of demand uncertainty are transferred from the buyer to the supplier. Thus, the buyer needs to increase the trading price up to the equilibrium point or implement other collaborative tools to reduce the supplier’s costs. For example, collaborative forecasting can be used to minimize demand forecast errors by sharing demand forecasts. To raise the purchase price or to share demand forecast information with the supplier, that is the question for the buyer and the main theme of this article.
