국문 초록

4차 산업혁명에 따라 물류산업은 Logistics 4.0을 기반으로 발전하고 있다. 특히, 코로나 19 이후로 최근 해상운임 급등 및 물류대란과 같은 많은 애로사항을 겪으면서, 예측가능한 운송과 물류비 절감 방안으로서 물류산업의 디지털 전환이 요구되고 있는 상황이다. 이처럼, 물류기업은 물류의 디지털전환이 업무에 필요함을 인식하고 있으며, 오프라인 위주의 서류관리를 디지털화하고물류플랫폼을 통한 업무방식 변화를 준비하고 있다. 그러나, 물류산업의 보수성 및 폐쇄성의 특징으로 인해 물류플랫폼 시장의 활성화가 이루어지기 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 이러한 혁신의 전환점을 맞이한 상황에서 물류플랫폼의 활용은 기업의 글로벌 경쟁력을확보할 수 있는 핵심요소로 판단된다. 따라서, 본 연구는 물류플랫폼 활용에 영향을 주는 요인을 기술적, 조직적, 환경적 요인으로구분하여 살펴보고 물류플랫폼 활용을 통한 물류서비스 제공역량 및 기업성과 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 물류플랫폼을활용하고 있는 물류기업 종사자를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, PLS-SEM 방식을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 물류플랫폼의 네트워크 효과, 조직유연성, 경쟁적 압박이 클수록 물류플랫폼을 통한 물류서비스 제공역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중에서 경쟁적 압박이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 최고경영층의 투자지원은 물류서비스 제공역량에 미치는 영향이 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 물류플랫폼 활용을 통한 물류서비스 제공역량 향상은 기업의 비재무및 재무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 신기술, 새로운 고객의 기대, IT기술력이 높은 스타트업의 신규시장진입 등 물류산업에서의 경쟁적 압력이 더욱 심화될 것으로 전망됨에 따라, 물류산업에서도 업무 프로세스에서의 물류플랫폼의 활용 등 혁신기술도입을 활용한 물류서비스가 제공역량 강화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

Due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the logistics industry is developing based on Logistics 4.0. In particular, digital transformation of the logistics industry is required as a predictable way to reduce transportation and logistics costs, with many difficulties such as the recent surge in maritime freight and logistics disruptions since COVID-19. As such, logistics companies recognize that digital transformation of logistics is necessary for work, digitizing offline-oriented document management and preparing to change work methods through logistics platforms. However, due to the conservative and closed nature of the logistics industry, it is difficult to revitalize the logistics platform market. Therefore, this study examined the factors affecting the use of the logistics platforms by dividing them into technical, organizational and environmental factors, and examined the relationship between the logistics service provision capability and firm’s performance through the use of the logistics platforms. A survey of this study was conducted on workers of logistics companies using the logistics platforms, and empirical analysis was conducted through the PLS-SEM method. As a result, it was found that the greater the network effect, organizational flexibility, and competitive pressure of the logistics platforms, the more positive effect on the logistics service provision capability through the logistics platforms, of which competitive pressure had the greatest impact. It was found that the CEO’s investment support had no significant effect on logistics service provision capability. In addition, it was confirmed that the improvement of logistics service provision capability through logistics platforms affects the non-financial and financial performance of companies.
