효율적 및 반응적 공급사슬 구성 제조기업의 제3자 물류기업 선정요인의 우선순위와 가중치 분석

국문 초록

우리나라 제조기업 관점에서 제품 및 공급사슬의 특성에 따라서 제3자 물류기업을 선정하는데 우선적으로 적용되어야 하는 선정기준 및 적용요인들의 중요도와 가중치에서 차이가 있다는 것을 AHP를 활용하여 명확하게 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 제3자물류기업 선정요인을 제시한 선행연구들을 검토하였다. 제시된 선정기준을 종합하는 방식으로 계층 Ⅱ 선정기준 및 계층 Ⅲ 적용요인으로 ‘물류서비스’ 4개 요인, ‘물류정보(IT)시스템’ 3개 요인, ‘물류가격(비용)’ 4개 요인, ‘기업평판’ 3개 요인, ‘역량 및 인프라’ 6개 요인의 5가지 선정기준과 20가지 적용요인을 선정하였다. 그리고 이들 선정기준과 적용요인들의 중요도 및 가중치를 조사하기 위하여 제조기업들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 설문 조사 결과 효율적 공급사슬 구성 집단의 기업체 51개, 반응적 공급사슬 구성 집단의 기업체 35개로 구분하였으며, 이를연구에 활용하였다. 계층 Ⅱ 선정기준과 계층 Ⅲ 적용요인들에 대한 쌍대비교를 시행하고, 중합가중치를 계산하는 방식으로 선정기준 및 적용요인의 우선순위와 가중치를 결정하였다. 계층 Ⅱ의 선정기준과 계층 Ⅲ의 적용요인의 우선순위와 중요도를 확인하였으며, 이를 종합하는 방식으로 우선적으로 적용되어야 하는 선정기준 및 적용요인에 대한 가중치를 계산하였다. 효율적 공급사슬 구성 집단에서는 안정성, 서비스 가격, 이미지, 비용절감, 정확성, 재무적 안정성, 호환성의 중요성이 높게 나타났다. 반응적 공급사슬 구성 집단에서는 안정성, 정확성, 이미지, 서비스 가격, 정보역량, 호환성, 인센티브의 중요성이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 제품 제조 및 공급사슬의 특성을 반영하여 제조기업들이 제3자 물류기업체를 선정하는데 있어서 우선적으로 적용되어야 하는 선정기준과 적용요인을 명확하게 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Using AHP, it is to clearly analyze that there is a difference in the importance and weight of the selection criteria factors that should be applied first in the selection of a third-party logistics company depending on the characteristics of the product and supply chain from the viewpoint of Korean manufacturing companies. For this purpose, previous studies that presented factors for selecting third-party logistics companies were reviewed. As a method of integrating the presented selection criteria, 4 items of ‘logistics service’, 3 items of ‘logistics information (IT) system’, 4 items of ‘logistics price (cost)’, 5 selection criteria of 3 items of ‘Corporate Reputation’ and 6 items of ‘Capacity and Infrastructure’ and 20 application items were selected. And using these contents, a survey was conducted on manufacturing companies. Survey results As a questionnaire that can be used for AHP analysis, 51 companies in the efficient supply chain group and 35 companies in the reactive supply chain group were collected. The priority and weight of the selection criteria and application items were determined by performing pairwise comparisons on Tier II selection criteria and Tier III application factors, and calculating overlapping weights. The priority and importance of the Tier II selection criteria and the Tier III application factors were confirmed, and the weights for the selection criteria and application items that should be applied preferentially were calculated by synthesizing them. In the efficient supply chain group, the importance of stability, service price, image, cost reduction, accuracy, financial stability, and compatibility was high. In the reactive supply chain group, the importance of stability, accuracy, image, service price, information capability, compatibility, and incentives was high. Through these research results, by reflecting the characteristics of product manufacturing and supply chain, selection criteria and application items that should be applied first when manufacturers select third-party logistics companies are clearly presented.
