국문 초록

본 연구는 컨테이너 정기선사간의 전략적 제휴시 영향을 미치는 요인들을 이론적으로 정립하고 전략적 제휴 유형과의 관계를 실증분석을 통해 규명하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 관련 문헌을 검토하여 연구모형과 연구가설를 설정하였으며， 설문조사를 통해 얻어진 응답자료를 토대로 연구가설을 검증하였다. 가설 검증결과를 살펴보면 불확실한 환경대응은 전략적 제휴 유형 선택에 영 향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며， 전략적 경영과 비용절감， 서비스제고， 마케팅 능력 ,증대는 전략적 제휴 유형 선택과정에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was performed with a view to establishing the factors affecting the container liners in the time of strategic alliance, and searching the relationship between the type choice and the strategic alliance through an empirical analysis. In order to achieve a purpose of this study, the model and the hypotheses were setting up through the literature review, and the hypotheses based on the data collected through the questionnaires were examined. The results of examination of the hypotheses are followings. The factors of environments(H1) did not influence the type choice of the strategic alliance, and the factors of strategy(H2), services(H4) expenditure(H3) and marketing (H5) influenced partly the type choice of the strategic alliance.
