영문 초록

Technology does not exist on a standardized layer of a culture. It brings about a lot of different aberrations residing under a standardized technology or sometimes standing aside tram it. In other words, technology itself is a world of odd aberrations. Looking inside a cultural phenomenon, we could find that it is connected with the regionalism in various and complicated ways. On of the most popular motor sports in US, NASCAR(National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing), is based on a singular identification strategy of the South. Even though NASCAR insists that it just represents the confidence and tradition of the South, it is hard to deny the cultural and historical connotations inside the contederation flag fluttering all around the field during this low-tech based play. The combination of NASCAR and the confederation flag makes il difficult for non-while foreign people to join in the game. The exclusive attitude of this cultural phenomenon represents the fixity of “Stereotype” as Homi Bhabba says. It is ironic that the regional ideology is. naturalized(circulated as a natural one)"" through the mechanical objects, motor sports cars.
