예비교사의 리더십과 도덕성, 사회적 상호의존성과의 관련성 탐구

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 예비교사의 리더십, 도덕성, 사회적 상호의존성 간의 관계를 탐색하고, 예비교사의 성별과 학년에 따라 리더십, 도덕성, 사회적 상호의존성에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 서울, 경기, 대전, 충북 지역에 소재하고 있는 5개 대학의 사범대학생 245명을 대상으로 교사용 도덕판단력 검사(TTMR), 한국판 도덕판단력 검사(KDIT), 대학생용 리더십 검사, 사회적 상호의존성 척도를 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 협동적 태도는 리더십 및 리더십의 모든 하위요인과, 경쟁적 태도는 리더십과 리더십의 하위요인 중 의사결정기술 및 학습능력기술과 정적 상관이 있었다. 개인적 태도는 리더십 및 리더십의 하위요인 중 커뮤니케이션 기술, 인간관계기술, 조직관계기술, 그룹활동기술과 낮은 부적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 도덕판단력은 리더십 하위요인 중 커뮤니케이션 기술과 낮은 정적 상관이 있었다. 셋째, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 협동적 태도가 높았으며, 2학년이 1학년에 비해 개인적 태도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교직도덕판단력과 도덕판단력의 경우, 성별과 학년에 따른 차이가 없었다. 다섯째, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 리더십 점수가 높았으며, 3학년 학생들의 리더십이 2학년 학생들의 리더십에 비해 유의미하게 높았다. 여섯째, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 의사결정기술과 학습능력기술이 높았고, 3학년 학생이 2학년 학생에 비해 의사결정기술, 인간관계기술, 조직관리기술이 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 예비교사교육과 관련된 교육적 시사점을 논의하고, 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was two-fold. The first aim was to examine the relationship among pre-service teachers' leadership, morality, and social interdependence, and the second aim was to investigate the difference in pre-service teachers' leadership, morality, and social interdependence according to gender and grade. In order to achieve this, two hundred and forty-five pre-service teachers completed four self-report questionnaires: TTMR, KDIT, Leadership Life Skills, and Social Interdependence Scales. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, there was a positive correlation between cooperative attitude and leadership, combined with sub-variables of leadership. In addition, there was a positive correlation between competitive attitude and decision making skills, along with learning ability skills; however, a negative correlation between individualistic attitude and leadership, communication, human relations, organization management, and group activity skills was noted respectively. Second, there was low positive correlation between moral judgment and communication skills. Third, males scored higher in the cooperative attitude, leadership, decision making, and learning ability skills compared to females. Fourth, sophomores scored higher in the individualistic attitude than freshmen did. Fifth, juniors scored higher in leadership, decision making, human relations, and organization management compared to sophomores. Sixth, there were no significant differences in pre-service teachers’ moral reasoning and moral judgment according to gender and grade. The educational implications were discussed and future research directions were suggested based on the results.
