평생학습축제 참여자의 특성과 지역사회애착도가 축제만족 및 학습의욕촉진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 지속가능한 평생학습축제 문화를 만드는데 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자, 평생학습축제 참여자의 특성, 지역사회애착도가 축제만족도 및 학습의욕촉진에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 S시의 평생학습축제에 참여한 750명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 중 712개의 설문지를 최종분석 자료로 사용하였다. 그 결과를 연구문제별로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축제참여특성(동기, 정보), 축제만족도, 학습의욕촉진은 어떠한 관련성을 갖는가? 평생학습참여특성 가운데 평생학습축제 참여동기와 참여정보는 학습의욕촉진에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않고, 축제만족을 통해 학습의욕촉진에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 지역사회애착도, 축제만족도, 학습의욕촉진은 어떠한 관련성을 갖는가? 지역사회애착은 학습의욕촉진에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않고, 축제만족을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 축제만족도와 학습의욕촉진은 어떠한 관련성을 갖는가? 축제참여만족도는 학습의욕촉진에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 한마디로 요약하면, 평생학습특성과 지역사회애착도는 학습의욕촉진에 대하여 평생학습만족도를 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다고 하겠다. 이 결과들을 중심으로 추후 더 발전적인 평생학습축제를 위한 실천 및 연구 과제를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study is to provide a primary data to make sustainable lifelong learning festival, this research figure how the characteristic of festival participation and community attachment influence upon their festival satisfaction and learning motivation stimulus. This survey has done by 750 of participants in the lifelong learning festival which was held in city S, and 712 out of 750 questionnaires are used as data analysis. The research findings by each of questions are as follows: First, what kind of relationship is existed among characteristic of participation in the festival-motivation or information-, festival satisfaction, and learning motivation stimulus? The characteristic of participation in the festival impacts on learning motivation stimulus indirectly through the festival satisfaction. Second, what kind of relationship is existed among community attachment, festival satisfaction, and learning motivation stimulus? The community attachment does impact on learning motivation stimulus indirectly through the festival satisfaction. Third, what kind of relationship is existed between festival satisfaction and learning motivation stimulus? The festival satisfaction has direct connection to learning motivation stimulus. As a result, characteristic of participation in the festival and community attachment effect on learning motivation stimulus indirectly through festival satisfaction. According to the result, practice and research task is proposed in this paper for more developed and sustainable lifelong learning festival.
