영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In this study finds out that intends to use welfare facilities for the aged to the subject simply the current aged population as well as older adults (regarded as preliminary demander), it is determined welfare facilities for the aged by any factors and any factors are responsible for a high proportion and attempts to analyze the relationship between each factor. (2) RESEARCH METHOD In this study’s progress collected and organized literature and related papers, research reports in association reports and seminar materials, other statistics, real estate related-laws, etc. to be announced. It was the literature study through recent literature and various data and improved reliability of the study through the statistical program. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The analysis for determinant factor of intention to use into paid welfare facilities for the aged was proceed to be divided by an attitude survey of preliminary demander for mainly demographic characteristics and paid welfare facilities for the aged, difference analysis of the intention to use of paid welfare facilities for the aged. In an attitude survey of preliminary demander learn about the moving possibility and whether move in or not, location, size, etc., in difference analysis of intention to use finds out differences of the moving possibility according to gender, age, education and the determinant factor of moving was examined divided by gender and assets. 2. RESULTS The person who answered positively for the moving possibility in an attitude survey of preliminary demander for paid welfare facilities for the aged reached at 74.6%. Futhermore, demand of welfare facilities for the aged is expected to increase gradually, Reasons for moving willing to send the rest of their life happily and the person to answer nearby metropolitan area in the question for location was the most common. In size showed that preferred the most more than 56 ㎡ (17py type) - less than 85 ㎡ (25.7py type). In difference analysis for the intention to use of paid welfare facilities for the aged is not the difference of the moving possibility by the gender and showed that there is a difference depending on age and education. The examined results divided by the gender and assets in the determinant factor of moving showed both that there are differences.
