東晉南朝境內的倉儲

국문 초록

동진과 남조에서 境內는 두 종료의 倉庫로 나누었는데, 州郡縣의 倉과 政府直轄倉이다. 『隋書』 나오는 南朝倉庫는 이 시기의 창고 상황에 대한 중요한 시서점을 준다. 南朝의 直轄倉庫는 모두 열 개다 : 龍首倉、 台城內倉、 南塘倉、 常平倉、 東太倉、 西太倉、 東宮倉、 豫章倉、 鈞磯倉、 錢塘倉. 그런데 명목은 많았지만 실제로 제대로 된 것이 많지 않았다. 台城 내에 있는 것은 太倉이라고 하지만 兩倉을 잘못 표기한 것이다. 이외 東太倉은 吳郡에 있었고 建康의 內倉에 속하였다. 이 시기의 州郡縣倉은 曹魏時期의 大司農에게 관리를 받았으나 점차尙書 倉曹가 관리하였으며 그 지위는 자츰 공고해진다. 이와 동시에 大司農은 여전히 直轄倉庫를 관리하였다. 그러므로 南朝의 倉庫에는 두가지 관리 계통이 있었던 것이다. 하나는 大司農系統으로 政權 直轄의 倉庫이며, 다른 하나는 尙書倉曹로 國內 州郡縣倉을 관리하는 것이다. 외지는 모두 軍鎭區域이어서 財稅 收入은 軍鎭에서 사용하였다. 따라서 建康의 財政은 揚州의 三吳會稽를 위주로 하였다. 그 규모와 중요성 建康倉庫에서 매우 컸다.

영문 초록

Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties, there are two kinds of storehouses, one belonging to province, city and county, the other to the government. The government storehouse mostly lie within Yangzhou. The storehouse in Southern Dynasties recorded in Sui Shu has become the core evidence to know the storehouse situations in this period. It recorded there are ten storehouses in these period: Longshou Storehouses, the Storehouse in Taicheng, Nantang Storehouse, Changping Storehouse, the Eastern Treasury, the Western Treasury, Donggong Storehouse, Yuzhang Storehouse, Diaoji Storehouse and Qiantang Storehouse. While the record is unfortunately complicated and erroneous, as the Storehouse in Taicheng is the Treasury, and the two names appeared at the same time, seems like two storehouses, in addition Eastern Treasury was in Wujun, while the record is in Jiankang. In this period, it is Shangshu Cangcao instead of the Dasinong in Cao Wei Periods who takes charge of the administration of storehouse system belonging to province, city and county. Meanwhile Dasinong still takes charge of the administration of storehouse system which directly belong to the country, so in Southern Dynasties there had two storehouse management systems: one is the Dasinong system, which take charge of the storehouse directly belong to the country; the other is Shangshu Cangcao, which take charge of the storehouse belong to province, city and county. While the other regions is military region, and the financial income was used as military expenditure, so the region Shangshu Cangcao managed mostly in three Wu and Kuaiji in Yang Province. The storehouse belonging to province, city and county in Yangzhou is very important for its ample storage. Just because of the ample storage of supplies, the storehouse in Wu and Kuai districts makes the eastern delivery routes as the life blood of Jiankang. This is also true of Jingkou, the centre of transport, which is also very important in politics and military.
