국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 복지용구산업의 발전요인을 살펴보고, AHP 기법을 통하여 발전방안의 우선순위를 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 첫째, 공무원, 연구기관 연구원, 그리고 업체 대표들을 대상으로 개방형 설문과 면접을 통하여 개선요인을 파악하였으며, AHP 분석을 위하여 주요 분석 차원과 방안들을 추출하였다. 둘째, AHP 설문조사를 실시하여 복지용구산업 발전을 위한 방안을 도출하였다. 셋째, AHP 분석결과 공무원의 경우 ‘연구개발 체계의 구축’을, 연구기관의 연구원들의 경우 ‘복지용구의 질적 향상’을, 업체 대표들의 경우 ‘법률ㆍ규제 등 제도수정’을 최우선 과제로 인식하고 있었다. 연구결과는 복지용구산업의 발전방안을 위한 여러 대안중 무엇을 먼저 추진해야 할 것인가라는 질문에 AHP 기법은 정책결정자에게 판단의 자료를 제공해 주는 역할을 한다. 발전요인간의 우선순위를 파악하여 제도의 성공적인 정착과 지속적인 발전을 위한 선택과 집중의 함의를 제공한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the research is looking for development of senior product industry and deriving the priority of development through the AHP. First, this study investigated the factors for improvement through open survey and interview, targeting on the public servants, researchers in the research institutes, and the representatives in businesses, and extracted the major analysis dimensions and methods for AHP analysis. Second, they draw the development factors of senior product industry through AHP surveys. Finally, the analysis showed the priority of development of senior product industry from three different agents; 1) the public servant recognized ‘the building-up of research & development system’, 2) the researchers considered ‘the improvement of quality in senior products’, 3) the representatives in businesses regarded ‘the revision of institutions, such as the laws and regulations. After investigating the order of priority among the factors for development, this study provides the practical undertone of selection and concentration for the successful settlement and sustained development of the institution.
