영문 초록

Currently Kando is jurisdiction of China. Kando is inside the administrative sector of China. The Chinese citizen is living. Korea is asserting Kando rights by the way. China and Korea are the friendly nation. China is the nation which is important in Korea. Between Korea and China becomes the good relationship and is a cold night. When Korea asserts Kando rights, China makes Korea dislike. So Korea does not assert Kando rights about China. The Park Jung Hee government and the Rhee Syng Man government disliked China in past cold war time. Asserted Kando rights in that time China and did. When does not assert Kando rights for a long time in China, becomes the Chinese territory. It was real income of the Park Jung Hee government and the Rhee Syng Man government. The Park Jung Hee government endeavored Kando rights recovers specially. The Rhee Syng Man government did not endeavor entirely. The reason periodic situation and leading ten was absent.
