영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to enhance real estate management’s efficiency in Korea using field survey, focused on middle-and small-sized construction company. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This paper adopted field survey method. The data for this method were collected from the questionnaire. Tills questionnaire contained quality management's importance, problem, and alternatives for realistic real estate management. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, the main problem is cost, low awareness, short construction period and deficit of expert. 2. RESULTS This study offers two alternatives to improve real estate management in Korea, especially in quality management. 1) It is strongly suggested investing cost and time in real estate management. 2) raising quality management's experts in Korea.
