영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study was conducted to suggest one analysis method of the view price in the apartment for the development of the view assessment model of an apartment unit. (2) RESEARCH METHOD For the objective of tills study, 1) the previous studies about the housing price were closely reviewed to find the physical variables influencing the apartment price, 2) the price analysis method was suggested to extract the view from the price of the apartment unit, 3) one case apartment building was selected to analyze the view price of the apartment by using the suggested method with the computer mode ling which collected the physical variables such as opening rate, floor and etc. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, the most important factor in the view price is the opening rate and the special view such as river view and etc. 2. RESULTS According to the results of this study, the view price was able to he extracted from the housing price.
