브로카 실어증 환자의 의문문 이해

국문 초록

브로카 실어증군과 정상군이 문법적 정보인 조사단서와 의미적 정보인 의문사단서의 처리가 요구되어지는 의문문을 이해할 때 어떠한 단서에 의존하여 의문문을 이해하는지 알아보고 의문문의 종류에 따라 이해 능력에 차이가 있는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 의문문을 듣고 이해하여 그림 내 대상을 가리키는 청각적 이해 과제를 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 브로카 실어증군은 단서조건에 따라 의문문 이해 능력의 차이가 없었으나 정상군은 의문사 단서에 비해 조사단서를 더 활용하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 브로카 실어증군은 정상 성인군과 비교하여 의문문의 종류별 이해능력이 현저히 부족하지만 정상 성인과 마찬가지로 목적격 질문에 비해 주격 질문에 대한 수행력이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이상을 종합해볼때 브로카 실어증군은 의문문의 문법적 단서와 의미적 단서를 활용하는 데 결함이 있으나 의문문을 이해할 때 제한적으로 조사단서를 활용한다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study examined the necessary cues they relied on to understand interrogative sentences when the group with Broca’s aphasia and the normal group understood interrogative sentences requiring postposition cues which were grammatical information and interrogative cues which were semantic information, and understanding difference according to the types of interrogative sentences. For this study Auditory comprehension task was used for understand in wh-questions. the result of study is First, the difference in understand in of th group with Broca’s aphasia was not statistically significant according to cue conditions, but the normal group used more postposition cues than interrogative cues. Second, The patients with Broca’s aphasia had a greater performance in subjective questions than objective questions. in conclusion is The group with Broca’s ahpasia had difficulties in using grammatical cues and semantic cues of interrogative sentence, but they can use postposition cues restrictively when they understand wh-questions.
