영문 초록

This study was conducted to evaluate of traditional Korean foods by visitors from the Gyeongju(n=290) areas of Korea. We determined the evaluation of visitors for 14 items classified as traditional Korean foods by asking subjects to score the items based on a 5 point Likert scale. For the investigation, this study was conducted to evaluated the traditional Korean foods by visitors from the Gyeongju areas of Korea, also they were surveyed by a questionnaire and the data were analized by the SPSS 12.0 program and Excel. An IPA model was used to evaluate of Korean Traditional Food on Visitors’ in Gyeongju areas; also the gaps between importance and performance from were also evaluated from both perspectives. The surveys were analyzed using IPA, with four Quadrants: Quadrant Ⅰ : food quality, food form, food taste, cuisine, Quadrant Ⅱ : food price, food material, Quadrant Ⅲ : food colors, food tradition, cleanliness and hygiene, Quadrant Ⅳ : food quantity, menu variety.
