영문 초록

So, this research was conducted by distributing questionnaires widely among all age groups who visited Cheonggyecheon region for about one month to Jun. 6 from May 10, 2008, and the analytical method conducted the frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, and t-test(Paired Sample t-test) by using SPSS WIN 12.0 statistical package. As the result of that, through the itemized Gap for visitors’ expectation before experiencing and satisfaction after experiencing partially, we could see that there were more dissatisfied items in the satisfaction after experiencing than in the expectation before experiencing, and we could find out the activation plans and the problems of cultural facilities and cultural events which enabled it to come into more notice as a cultural attraction according to a demographic market segmentation.
