영문 초록

The findings of this study a tourism pension in Which service quality leads to customer satisfaction which in turn customer loyalty. It is found that satisfaction of pension customer depends considerably on its stability and other various factors including its facility, fare, transfer and environment plan make a huge impact on customer loyalty. This study aims at giving a suggestion for pension customer to prepare for increasing transportation, and to increase compatibility with advanced pension, by analyzing factor of various services provided by pension keeper. The present study suggests that future pension’ service improvement and more practical and detailed bases of marketing strategy.
