국문 초록

정보환경의 전반적인 변화는 새로운 환경과 진취적 발상에 부합하는 프리랜서의 변형화가 절실히 요구되고 있고, 프리랜서의 새로운 형태의 진화모습을 추구하게 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 정보환경변화에 따른 경제활동의 핵심주체로 부각되고 있는 프리랜서를 진화과정의 차원에서 비교.검토하여 향후 유랜서(u-lancer)를 지원하기 위한 토지 관리의 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 freelancer의 진화 및 토지 관리에 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사와 인터넷조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같은 견지에서 도출하였다. 첫째, u-lancer와 토지 관리의 관계는 u-lancer의 등장, u-lancer와 토지관리 관계, 선행연구 및 접근 틀(framework) 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, u-lancer로의 진화과정 비교 및 검토는 프리랜서, 이랜서, 유랜서 등을 대상으로 검토하였다. 셋째, u-lancer를 위한 토지 관리의 방향은 u-lancer 활동의 한계 및 u-lancer를 고려한 토지관리 방향의 관점에서 언급하였다.

영문 초록

The general change of information environment has been emerged from the necessity of the transformation of freelancer under riding new environment and progressive thinking and endowed with the new forms of freelancer evolution. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to suggest the directions for land management that reinforce u-lancer in future by comparing and reviewing the evolution process of freelancer which is highly raised as a central subject of economic activity in changing an environment information. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to the evolution of freelancer and land management, a data through the reference of literature and internet investigation was collected as the research method, and a descriptive access and comparative access method was applied. Conclusion of the study is as follows; First, the relation between u-lancer and land management was reviewed in terms of the emergence of u-lancer, the relationship, the preceding research, and the approach framework. Second, comparison and examination of evolutional process to u-lancer was referred to freelancer, e-lancer, and u-lancer as a objective, Finally, the directions of land management for u-lancer was applied as a viewpoint the operative limitation of u-lancer and the directions of land management by considering u-lancer.
