『증보문헌비고』「악고」의 고려가요 인식과 그 의미

영문 초록

Jeungbomoonheonbigo is a dictionary-level book which covers the pre-institution culture of our country from the post-prehistoric periods to the latter period of the Chosun Dynasty. Its compiling system followed the composition of Ji in Koryo history. Akgo includes the works of Koryo songs which is offering controversial issues, such as Dongdong, Muae, Beolgokjo, Jangsangpo, Sarihwa, Dongbakmok and Hansonjeong which were categorized as Koryo songs based on Akji in Koryo history; Yeonyangga, Seohogok, and Myungjoo which were categorized as Koryo songs in Akgo; Seokyunggok and Daedongkanggok which were categorized as Kija Choseon Music, and Cheoyonggamoo which was categorized as Silla Music in Akgo. Take together, what we come to take note of is as follows: Muae belongs to Koryo songs using a lot of Buddhist terminologies, and Hansongjeong could be considered to be a song created by Yeon-woo, Jang in the period of king Kwangjong's reign. Cheoyonggamu was carried out from the period of Silla, in which we can recall that those might have been Cheoyongga. Seokyunggok and Daedongkanggok were categorized as 'Kija Chosun Music' influenced by Silhak[Realist School of Confucianism] at that period which revered 'YeAk' and acknowledged 'Kija Choseon', but there exists no room for counter-argument to speak of. Considering the contents of Pogokga which was introduced in Akgo, Beolgokjo and Yugogok or Bidurugi are judged to belong to another. Particularly, the comment on Dongdong and Jangsangpo in Akgo is a noteworthy fact, by which we can assume that there existed two works of poetic songs under the name of Jangsangpo in the period of the Koryo Dynasty. Another is Jangsangpo song also known as Dongdong which is believed to be created by a Tak, Yu-controlled soldier. Of course, the argument whether Yeonyangga and Myungjoo are Koryo songs other than Koguryeo songs needs to be more considered. It's because, in case of Yeonyangga, it was categorized as Koryeo songs, but not supported by any proof; in case of Myungjoo, the contents, such as studying for 'Kageo' referred to give proof that it didn't belong to Koguryeo song could be considered to be embellished to meet that period in the process in which Myungjoo was handed over to Koryeo after it occurred and was sung. Jeungbomunheonbigo can be said to be valuable data that could contribute a lot to the research on the general cultures, especially to the research on classic poetry.
