영아교사직무교육의 온라인과 오프라인과정의 성취도와 만족도에 관한 비교 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 영아교사 직무교육의 온.오프라인과정에 참여한 보육교사를 대상으로 직무교육에 대한 성취도와 만족도를 비교 분석하였다. 2007년 7월부터 12월까지 실시된 온라인과정에 참여한 교사 112명과 부산, 경남, 충북, 경기지역 소재 직무교육기관에서 실시한 오프라인과정에 참여한 교사 266명을 대상으로 하였다. 성취도 측정을 위하여 직무교육 연수과목의 주요내용을 중심으로 문항을 구성한 사전.사후 검사지를 사용하였으며, 만족도 설문지는 조일현(2006)이 사용한 만족도 문항을 온.오프라인과정에 동시에 사용할 수 있도록 수정.보완하였다. 온.오프라인 교육 간 성취도를 비교하기 위해 t-검증을 실시하였고 온.오프라인과정과 교사의 배경변인이 성취도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 공분산분석을 실시하였다. 또한 두 집단 간 만족도 차이를 알아보기 위하여 t-검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 온라인보다 오프라인과정에 참여한 교사의 성취도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 배경변인이 성취도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 학력 간에는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 2년 미만의 경력 교사, 21인 미만 보육시설, 가정보육시설에 근무하는 교사의 성취도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 온.오프라인 교육 간 교사의 만족도를 비교한 결과, 교육내용, 교육운영, 활용가능성, 학습자 관련 등 모든 영역에서 오프라인보다 온라인교육에 참여한 교사의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was to survey infant and toddler teachers who participated in on-offline in-service training courses, comparing their achievement and satisfaction in the in-service training. The subjects of this study were 112 teachers who participated in an online in-service training for infant and toddler teachers executed during the period from July to December, 2007, 266 teachers who participated m offline courses executed by in-service training institutions in Busan, Gyeongsangnam-do, Chungcheongbuk -do and Gyeonggi-do. Achievement scores was measured using a pre and post test sheet composed of questions on the contents of in-service training subjects, and the questionnaire on satisfaction was prepared by revising and supplementing questions used by JoIl-hyeon(2006) for both on-offline course. Collected data was analyzed through t-test to compare achievement between on-offline courses, ANCOVA to see the effect of on-offline in-service training courses for infant and toddler teachers and the background variables of teachers on the teachers' achievement. In addition, t-test was performed to see difference in satisfaction between the two groups, The major findings of the research are as follows, Achievement scores were higher in teachers who participated in offline course. When the teachers' satisfaction with on-offline in-service training courses was compared, satisfaction was higher in teachers who participated in an online course in all areas including the contents of education, the operation of education, utility, and relevance to learners.
