영문 초록

Korean paper of our traditional cultural inheritances is considered to be an indispensible precious material for human' s living from the ancient time, and it is a proud cultural inheritance of which excellence has been recogni zed intern ationally. Korean paper is most ly made with hard text ile refined from the bark of mulbery, and has various profits cloth as a materia l of paper cloth than the western paper. Cloth made with Korean paper has two types. One is the paper cloth made with cluster of each slice of Korean paper without weaving, and the other is the paper fabric woven with longitud e thread and latitude thread. T he cloth fabric of them is the closest material for us to use the paper cloth practi cally. But, T wis t have to be imposed to produce the cloth s lice, tr adi tional technique, and it is manual and need s much tim e and lab or s. In addition to it, it has th e defects of physical characte ris tic like keeping warm. lengthening, flexibili ty. ten sion, flu ff. So thi s th esi s presented the appara tus producing skeins of thread technically making paper s lice ea si ly and took a tri an gul ar of the technique of produc ing pa per cloth after commenting th e th eor etical bac kg round of tr adi tional Korean paper and paper cloth. This th esi s made th e cloth with th e Korean paper weaving th e origina l fabric and utilizing the appa ratus prod uc ing skeins of thread a fte r dyin g proces s. As a resul t, this th esi s concluded th at the Korean paper is easy to make, has an excellent qualit ati ve feeling, and that it elevates the qua lity of th e cloth and popul arity. This th esis , firstly presented the suitable wa y to solve problem s like heating, flexibility, so ftne ss, s tretching power, and fluff of the paper clo th and s lice of paper fabri c and to use it practi cally, devising the produ cing appa ra tus to shape th e skein with modern machine appa ra tus from the factors of the previous cla ssic technique. Secondly, this thes is proposed the machine apparatus with which we ta ke a twis t from the structure of mule that ou r ance stors have used devisin g the way to cu t and to take twist the s liced korean tra ditiona l paper linking each othe r to make a skein of thread of essent ial condit ion when produ cing th e paper fabric. Thirdly, thi s paper fabric produ ced through thi s process ca n be used in producing th e as it is processed with dyeing, and it has an excellent qu ality. So it ca n solve the pro blems like fluff, contrac tion, insu fficient flexibili ty, and it ca n help tak e a good techni que manufacturing a lot of goo ds. In the future, this th esis is go ing to s tudy the cloth and indus tri al arts based on producing apparatus of the skein of threa d and produ cing technique of paper fabric.
