영문 초록

This study is to identify the influences of emotional intelligence on the job involvement and job performance in the organization. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 420 employees of the manufacturing industry. This results suggest following important implications. First, in case of regulation of emotion and use of emotion among an employee's emotional intelligence presented a meaningful result(+) with the job involvement. but self emotional appraisal and other's emotional appraisal didn't present a meaningful result with job involvement. Second, in case of self emotional appraisal, other's emotional appraisal, regulation of emotion and use of emotion among an employee's emotional intelligence presented a meaningful result(+) with the job performance.
