영문 초록

In this paper, we proposed an ergonomic equipment intended for use in picking and carrying blackberry. Risk of potential musculo-skeletal disorders associated with farmers performing blackberry picking and carrying was systematically identified through field surveys, job hazard analysis, and working posture assessment. REBA assessment was used to identify multi-factorial risk factors. Based on the results of comprehensive assessment, we proposed a rail-cart system to modify awkward working postures. In conclusions, the effectiveness of new equipment was discussed in terms of improvements in productivity, safety, and subjective ratings of farm workers. One important aspect is that the working conditions improved significantly.
