시각장애인들의 골볼 운동이 경쟁상태불안에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 골볼 운동이 시각장애인들의 경쟁상태불안에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이었다. 실험에 참여하기로 동의한 총 24명의 시각장애인들은 실험집단(12명), 통제집단(12명)에 무선으로 배정되었다. 두 집단을 대상으로 골볼 시합 전과 후에 측정하여 경쟁상태불안 하위요소인 인지적 상태불안, 신체적 상태불안, 상태자신감을 측정하여 각 측정항목의 사전값을 공변인으로 한 공분산분석(Analysis of Covariance)을 실시하였다. 분석결과 인지적 상태불안과 상태자신감에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(p<.05), 신체적 상태불안에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 골볼 운동이 시각장애인들의 신체적 상태불안에는 영향을 미치지 못했지만 인지적 상태불안과 상태자신감에 영향을 미쳤다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of goalball exercise on competitive state anxiety in the with visual disability. Twenty four participants were assigned to one of two groups, experimental (n=12) and control (n=12). The experimental group participated in goalball exercise which was scheduled for pre-and post-test were administered to each group and the measures were cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety, and state self-confidence scale. The control group was given same courses on the experimental curriculum. The data obtained from each measure were analyzed using ANCOVA, respectively. The considers significant appeared from the cognitive state anxiety and state self-confidence data. But the no significant differences were found in the somatic state anxiety. Finally, goalball exercise was visual disability and no effect of somatic state anxiety but, effect of cognitive state anxiety and state self-confidence.
