영문 초록

If a country, group, or person boycotts a country, organization, or activity, they refuse to be involved with it in any way because they disapprove of it. It is the fundamental notions of the boycott and the Type of boycott is classified into two pattern("primary" boycott and "secondary" boycott) on the basis of boycott's target or object. The primary boycott means that consumers do a civic campaign to boycott with some product and producer(or enterprise) as a direct object. On the other side, The object of the secondary boycott is a third person and enterprise who have a business relationship with the primary boycott's object. In particular, the secondary boycott which do with a third person becomes an issue in connection with the limitation of 'freedom of expression'. In my opinion, the right 'freedom of expression' has to be restricted strictly in the secondary boycott than the primary boycott. Because the object of the secondary boycott has not a direct correlation with the root cause which set off a boycott or the original goal of a boycott. In a delicate situation which consumer's right clash with the producer's business right, it is necessary to give the equity of both right a serious consideration. the Online(Internet) and Offline are much the same.
