국문 초록

오늘날 한국사회는 지구촌시대의 급격한 변화를 경험하고 있다. 신자유주의 시장경제의 파급과 더불어 개방화의 흐름은 세계화와 초국가주의를 본격화함으로써 지구상의 단일시장을 형성하였으며 자본과 물자와 사람들이 자유롭게 넘나드는 국경 없는 시대가 전개되고 있다. 현재 우리에게 가장 절실하게 필요한 아젠다 중의 하나는 세계화, 국제화에 대비하여 다른 민족, 다른 국가의 언어와 문화를 이해하고 수용하는 자세일 것이다. 우리나라가 진정한 선진국으로 도약하기 위해서는 세계를 향해 보다 열린사회가 되어야 할 것이다. 현재 우리사회는 다수의 외국인을 받아들이는 다문화 시대이며 그로인해 외국인범죄의 증가는 교도소도 이제는 다문화 사대의 예외가 아니라는 것이다. 다문화시대의 외국인을 수용하고 있는 전국의 교도소와 천안소년교도소 외국인지소의 교정복지정책을 줏립하기 위하여 교정당국은 외국인수용자의 수용만족도를 분석하고 향후 외국인수용자에게 교정 복지정책을 수립함에 있어 다문화시대의 외국인수용자에 대한 교정복지적 처우향상을 원활히 수행하는 방법을 모색하고 교정복지 정책에 대한 활성화와 새로운 방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이 이 논문의 내용이다.

영문 초록

Today, Korean society is experiencing sudden change in global village age, flowing of opening anger formed single market of earth by regularizing globalization and ultranationalism along with far-reaching of Neo-liberalism market economy and age that is no border that capital and goods and people go and come often freely is spread. One of necessary Ajenda may be position that understands and accommodates globalization, the nation differing for internationalization, language of the other country and culture most desperately to us present. Our country will have to become Yeolrinsahoe more for the world to spring to tranquilized advanced nation, presents our society is multiculturalism age that receive many foreigner and does Geuroin and increase of crime that is an abroad is not exception in multiculturalism age now prison, to establish proofreading welfare policy of whole country's prison and Imperial countenance boy prison foreigner branch office that is accommodating foreigner in multiculturalism age, the proofreading authorities gropes method that achieve treatment improvement harmoniously proofreading welfare enemy about consumer who is abroad in multiculturalism age because there is to analyzes consumer's accommodation satisfaction who is an abroad and establishes proofreading welfare policy to foreigner consumer hereafter and to wish to present activation and new direction about proofreading welfare policy is contents of these paper.
