프로세스 재정립을 위한 ERS 시스템의 최적배차 알고리즘 개발 적용사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 A사의 ERS(Emergency Rescus Service: 긴급출동서비스) 현행서비스 형태를 분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 새로운 프로세스를 제시하는 최적배차 알고리즘을 개발하고자 한다. 고객이 ERS 관제센터를 통하여 출동서비스를 요청하면 고객과 출동차량의 위치정보를 이용하여 고객과 가장 근접한 현장 긴급출동차량을 검색하고 출동 가능여부확인, 출동지시, 도착여부 및 처리결과 보고, 최종 고객 만족도 조사까지 자동으로 이루어지는 시스템을 구현하고자 하며, ERS 관제센터 시스템의 구성으로는 관제센터용 GIS서비스 구축, 업무용 모바일 솔루션, 위치정보와 지도연동, 자동배차에 필요한 최적 배차 알고리즘을 개발 적용함으로써 업무프로세스의 재정립과 과제센터 상담원의 업무효율성을 높이고 출동시간을 단축시켜 비용절감과 함께 고객 만족도를 향상시키는데 궁극적인 목적을 갖는다. 본 연고의 최적배차 알고리즘은 다양한 조건의 물류서비스 업종에서 응용되어 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This system makes it automatically completed to deal with all the process optimally, such as locating an agent nearest to the customer, verifying whether or not the rescue can be made. instructing the rescue, reporting the arrival of agents and the result of the process and finally evaluating even the degree of the customer satisfaction when a customer using ERS (Emergency Rescue Service), whose current service has been analyzed and its problems have been resolved, asks for call-out service through call center. In this study, by developing algorithm for the optimal arrangement of orders for the system composition such as the establishment of GIS service for the use of call center, business mobile solution, the interlocking of locationing information and maps and automatic arrangement of orders, the business process was improved and the business efficiency of operators at call center was increased, which led to the increase of customer satisfaction as well as the reduction of expenses.
