가정의 심리적 환경과 청소년비행에 관한 연구

국문 초록

  현대사회가 급속한산업화와 도시화로 변화되고 여성의 사회 진출기회가 확대되면서 가정의 환경은 물론 그 기능면에서도 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 우선 현대사회의 아동과 청소년들은 핵가족화와 친족관계의 약화로 훌륭한 ‘대리부모’역할을 하던 조부모의 부재를 낳았다. 또한 수평적 인간관계의 학습에 도움이 되던 형제수의 감소로 인해 여러 세대가 함께 동거하면서 다양한 인간 접촉을 통한 폭넓은 인간관계 경험과 사회성 훈련을 받을 기회도 그만큼 어려워 졌다. 결국 대인관계에서는 사회성과 질서 및 규범의식이 부족하고 자기중심적이고 이기적인 성향들이 나타나고 있다.
  또한 오늘날의 청소년들은 과학적으로는 더 많은 지식을 소유하고 있고 합리적으로 사고하며 그 어느 시대 젊은이들보다 똑똑하다고 할 수 있으나 반면에 고독하고 우울하며, 화를 잘 내고 반항적이며, 신경질적이고, 불안하며, 충동적이고, 공격적이라고 한다. 그럼에도 가정교육이나 학교교육은 여전히 학문적인 능력만을 신장시키는 것과 사회적인 성공에만 초점이 맞추어져 있어 정서적, 인격적인 문제에 대해서는 무관심하거나 하소연만 할뿐이어서 ‘참된 인간교육’이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 이러한 가정에 요구되는 기능의 차단내지 적절한 역할의 부재로 인해 청소년비행이 야기될 가능성이 높기 때문에 가정의 심리적 환경의 중요성은 강조될 수밖에 없다고 하겠다. 비에르스테드(Robert Bierstedf)는 인간에게 있어 가정은 기본적인 어떤 의미 이상을 가지고 있다고 한다. 즉 가정이 붕괴되어 가족간의 화목이나 예상되는 기능에 장애가 발생할 경우 이러한 가정의 청소년들은 범죄나 비행에 빠져들 수 있다고 한다.
  따라서 가정에서의 기능약화 특히 가정의 심리적 환경의 장애요소에 따른 청소년비행 등 가정병리현상의 원인을 분석하고 이러한 병리현상에 대한 대책마련을 위한 대응방안들을 모색할 필요성이 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 가정의 기능과 관련하여 가정의 심리적 환경의 개념 및 그 중요성과 청소년 비행에 영향을 미치는 가정의 심리적 환경요소들에 대한 분석 및 이에 대한 대응방안으로 가정환경에 대한 개선책들을 고려하고자 한다.

영문 초록

  As modern society changes by rapid industrialization and urbanization and woman"s a society advance opportunity is magnified, brought much changes home environment as well as the function aspect.
  First, modern society"s child and teenagerses resulted grand-parents" absence which act as excellent "Representation parents" by enfeeblement of consanguinity with divided families anger. Also, as several generation by decrease of brothers" number conduced to learning of human relations horizontal red live in the same house together, an opportunity to receive wide human relations experience and sociality training through various human contact became difficult so much. End, sociality and order and way of rule are lacking and are egoism enemy in personal relations and selfish inclinations are showing.
  Also, nowaday teenagerses can speak that have and think rationally more knowledges and are clever than young persons the one age scientifically, speak that is lonely and gloomy, and well get angry and is rebellious and, atrabiliar and, uneasy and, impulsive and, offensive. Home training or school education is real condition that focus is indifferent or complain about sentimentalize, personal problem being set that do to refurbish scientific ability still and social success and "True human education" is required urgently nevertheless. Also, the importance of home psychological environment will say that can not but be emphasized because possibility that teenagers flight by absence of role that is suitable is Chadannae of function that is required in the these home is caused is high.
  There is Robert Bierstedf to human and family speaks that have more than basic some meaning. That is, because home is collapsed, in case obstacle happens firewood between family or expected function, such home teenagerses speak that can plunge crime or misconduct. Therefore, function enfeeblement in home with teenagers flight by obstacle of specially home psychological environment cause of home pathology phenomenon analyze and necessity to grope confrontation ways for countermeasure preparation about these pathology phenomenon will say that is. Wish to consider analysis for home psychological environment element plain that influence concept of home psychological environment and the importance and teenagers flight regarding home function in this research and by confrontation way in reply reform measures about home environment.
