국문 초록

  투입ㆍ산출모형은 경제의 일반적 상호 의존관계(general interdependence)를 기본으로 하기 때문에 부문 사이의 “연속적 연결” (consecutive connections)이 지켜져야만 한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 의도되어진 것이다. ① 산업연관분석에서 다루어지는 연속적 연결의 정의와 성격, 함축된 의미 등을 재정립하고자 한다. ② 최종수요 및 산출물 개념으로 각각 달리 표시되는 2개의 직ㆍ간접 투입요구량 사이의 “보완된 일반적 관계”(complemented general relation)를 새롭게 유도하고자 한다. ③ 보완된 일반적 관계를 통하여 기존의 레온티에프 역행렬의 요인별 분해 결과를 재확인하는 데 있다. ④ 경험적 사례 연구로서 호킨스-사이먼 조건(Hawkins-Simon conditions)의 검정과 생산유발에 대한 요인별 기여도 등을 분석하고자 한다. 직접효과(A), 기술적 간접효과(T), 연관적 간접효과 (R)에 대한 기여도 분석은 콥-다글러스型 생산함수(Cobb-Douglas type production function)를 사용하였으며, 기본 자료는 『2003년 산업연관표』를 활용하였다.
  실제적 경제 분석의 중요 결과는 다음과 같다. ① γ<SUP>g</SUP><SUB>ii</SUB>(i부문의 산출물 1단위를 생산하기 위 한 i부문 자기 자신으로부터의 직ㆍ간접 투입요구량)의 값이 1보다 작기 때문에 2003년 산업연관표는 호킨스-사이먼 조건을 만족하고 있다. ② 최근 8년 동안 레온티에프 역행렬의 분해결과가 생산유발에 미치는 기여율은 4(단위변화): 2(직접효과): 2(기술적 간접효과): 1(연관적 간접효과)로 추계되었다. ③ 개별 효과의 생산유발에 대한 기여도 면에서는 직접효과가 0.597로 가장 높고 그 다음이 기술적 간접효과로 0.037이다. 연관적 간접효과의 기여도는 0.009로서 가장 낮게 추계되었다. 이러한 분석을 통하여 부문 사이의 연속적 연결의 의미와 그 중요성을 새롭게 인식하는 계기가 될 것으로 평가한다.

영문 초록

  It is obvious that there is "consecutive connection" between the Leontief inverse(output requirements matrix for final demand) C<SUP>f</SUP> and the final demand f. namely, C<SUP>f</SUP> can be naturally multiplied by f. However. there is no consecutive connection between C<SUP>f</SUP> and the total output x, and hence C<SUP>f</SUP> should not be multiplied by x.
  The study objectives of the paper can be summarized as follows. ① The primary aim is to clarify the concept of consecutive connection and to present a clear interrelation of the Leontief inverse with final demand and total output. ② We derive the "complemented general relation" which means more accurate and consecutively meaningful general relation given by γ<SUP>f</SUP><SUB>ii</SUB> =γ<SUP>g</SUP><SUB>ii</SUB>c<SUB>ii</SUB> and γ<SUP>f</SUP><SUB>ij</SUB> = γ<SUP>g</SUP><SUB>ij</SUB>c<SUB>ii</SUB> for i ≠ j. ③ We empirically verify the Hawkins-Simon conditions and analyze the contribution ratio of the effect of decomposition factor (I, A, T, R) for the Leontief inverse Cf in the period from 1995 to 2003.
  The major findings from the analysis include: ① We proved that the 2003 Input-Output Tables of Korea hold the economic interpretation of the Hawkins-Simon conditions on the basis of the counted values of γ<SUP>g</SUP><SUB>ii</SUB>. ② The contribution ratio of each effect for total output requirements is about 4(unit change. I): 2(direct effect, A): 2(technical indirect effect. T): l(interrelated indirect effect. R) in all different cases. The outcome of contribution ratio analysis could provide a significant meaning for the derivation of a more concrete relation equation among them. ③ The direct effect has the most high degree of contribution. which is estimated at 0.597 among three different effects.
